RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 60 days. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, since processing time may vary before a refund is visible.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at julienpro@gmx.fr.


GIFTS

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.


SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
