Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation, Monday through Saturday.
Delivery time: Standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 10 business days within Canada.
Shipping fees: Delivery is free on all orders.
Presence at delivery address: The customer must be present at the shipping address provided at the time of order to receive the package. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel. If the package is not collected within the allotted time and is returned to the sender, the cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer.
